Here are some different types of hauntings.  Is it possible you may have one?

• Residual Haunting: A spirit that may be reliving past events (traumatic, joyful, etc).  This is like a "recording" that can replay itself many times.  However many times it replays, the story almost always unfolds in the same way.

• Intelligent Haunting: A human soul that still retains a varying level of conscience and can interact in several ways with the living.  Interaction can include disembodied voices, footsteps, touching, knocks, tipping things over, etc.

• Poltergeist: German for "noisy spirit," it is a supernatural being supposedly responsible for physical disturbances such as loud noises.​

• Doppelgangers: An apparition or double of a living person.

• Demons: A malicious spirit, especially one thought to posses a person or act as a tormentor in hell.

If you want to try to collect evidence that you are experiencing, a simple cell phone is a good tool to record activity.  By using a video app, a camera app and a digital recorder/MP3 app, you may be able to capture the activity as it happens and have it on hand to play back to your trusted people.
